I worked for over thirty years as an independent film director. Although I had screenplays produced for major networks Cinemax, HBO and PBS. I qualify myself as a creative artist and value my independent films as Art House Films.

My films are part of the permanent collection of The Museum Of Modern Art. My plays were Produced Off Broadway. I believe a filmmaker can also function in a high pressured environment and  become a team player embracing the collaborative process. I was a producer and editor for  CBS TV, MTV, Ovation. Dance In America.

I won awards at The Florence Film Festival, Nike Festival, and honorable mentions in The Dallas Film Festival. I received the CMG music award in film 2001.

My film The Kitchen garnered 9 million viewers on PBS.

I received grants from New York State Council on The Arts. New York Arts Foundation On The Arts. I won Silas Rhodes Scholarship and The Giro Cistero award for promising playwright.
