SVA Partners with New York Film Festival

BFA Film is partnering with the New York Film Festival this year. This is one of the biggest festivals in the world, and features essential cinema from around the globe. NYFF has been an enduring part of New York’s rich cultural and historical landscape since 1963. The 61st edition will take place from September 29 through October 15, 2023.

• Select classes will be going to filmmaker talks and other screenings, based on scheduling.
• We have also been given a small number of general admission tickets. Students who come to the BFA Film office and answer a festival trivia question will win a free ticket while supplies last.
• All students also receive a 20% student discount to films at the festival with their SVA ID.
